Isn't he just beautiful? I feel like this picture makes him look like a fifty pound dog, though, when he's less than half that. I think it's that patented 'Noble Hound' expression on his face. I'm sure he's as glad to be home as I am :)

The similarities are haunting. I can catch a glimpse of that tail in one of the photos. It is surely distinctive.
